Full responsibility for Brand strategy and steering together with the Marketing Manager
Definition of short-term plan to achieve business results and monitoring of KPI’s
Handle marketing mix, promotional plans, brand activation and budget management
Cross functional collaboration with International Marketing team, Sales and Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Controlling
Coordination of external agencies for the implementation of ad hoc brand projects / activities
Master’s Degree in Economics or Management, Marketing preferred
3-5 years of previous experience in Marketing in FMCG company
Able to perform market, financial and Sell-in / Sell-out analysis
Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality
Eager to learn working in team and grow with resilience
Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Database (Nielsen, GFK)
Fluent in Italian and English
