What you will do :
You pursue new business opportunities and will be building strong and personal relationships together with the agent to deliver the greatest service.
You as a charismatic Product Specialist will influence, partner and proactively reach out and engage with agents to build powerful relationships with our customers.
You know how to be innovative and creative to network and build the market
You develop and defend new ideas to build the Spine market in Italy
You understand what is needed to achieve the service objectives and set appropriate goals and priorities
You are determined and meet the needs of our Spine customers
You build and maintain relationships internally with colleagues and externally with key customers and agents
You maintain market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory / customers
You create new sales opportunity
You support the organization of local event for education, referral program (Ambassador), targeting new stakeholder and NCS
You build the strategy in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager Joint Replacement.
You participate in product evaluations, calls for tenders or customer presentations
You share the best practices of your region with the European Product Manager team and you collaborate to European projects to support the business and the growth.
You visit periodically the Customers and map Customers stakeholders
You are in charge of a transversal project of a big area (North or Center South Italy or whole Italy) for a specific task, project, event, education
You coordinate the distribution and logistics of the product. (Conditionals, Deposits, Kits)
Get up in the morning to win and energize your team and customers
Have proven yourself in leading sales projects within the healthcare industry with experience in Joint Replacement
Have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of national legal, regulatory and compliance rules and regulations
Are highly organized with an ability to multitask
Manage professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Have a proven sales / marketing track record in both selling combined with a bachelor’s degree.
Bring your knowledge of Medical Device industry or a related industry
Are native Italian and fluent in English
Bring a strong commercial personality
Have a customer friendly behaviour which fitting our Stryker culture
Have excellent communication, presentation and excellent organizational skills combined with being a team player
Are eager to travel up to 70% of your time within Italy
