In order to support Dott’s growth and the launch of our service in new cities, we are looking for an intern to support the HR & Operations team to build the teams, from recruiting to onboarding.

What you’ll do :

Supporting the HR onboarding process for our operations team, from recruitment to the first day experience

Supporting administration of day-to-day HR matters included in the employment lifecycle as new hire documentation or the subscription to benefits

Contributing to market specific HR projects

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

What you’ll need :

We look forward to welcoming you in August for a period between 3 and 6 months.

This position will be based in Milan

You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business or HR Ideally full time availability

Very good verbal and written communication skills in both in italian and english

Basic knowledge of local labor legislation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Strong work ethics.

Good time management skills.

Ability to work independently
