Job Purpose

The Corporate Marketing position in Italy will support the definition of the Italian marketing strategy and budget working together with the EMEA Head of Country Marketing and local management.

Leveraging on the corporate tools and methodologies and serving as an internal consultant to any business lines, the position will manage the following activities.

Key Responsibilities

The following list of activities is not exhaustive but attempts to capture all the tasks that the Marketing department has to perform.

The Corporate Marketing Specialist is required to take the final responsibility of all of them and to coordinate in order to execute those activities, maintaining the highest standards and the company’s values and always ensuring compliance with the corporate marketing guidelines.

Integrate the global and EMEA business line and client strategy into the Italian market :

  • Leverage appropriately our client and audience marketing outputs
  • Ensure there is a holistic marketing plan in Italy that integrates business and client marketing with all other marketing outputs coming from Global and EMEA
  • Add value to global and regional campaigns with local activities
  • Establish and justify to EMEA Head of Country Marketing the local needs and requirements of business / product and audience marketing teams
  • Leverage self service tools
  • Linking to global brand and pr teams :

  • Leverage global brand tools and guidelines
  • Ensure brand campaigns fit into the Italian marketing plan and are presented to and understood by the local management board and the business teams
  • Leverage appropriately on the global marcomms platform and proposition for PR to guide the local external communication agency to deliver accordingly based on global and local needs
  • Be responsible for hitting agreed brand KPIs in key markets
  • Liaise and work along the HR department on Internal communication
  • Leverage the global digital proposition for Italy :

  • Coordinate the requirements for the site with the global team
  • Coordinate with global digital team based on the business needs the requirements for targeting
  • Align social networks and intranets to suit the local needs, fostering and spreading a digital culture
  • Local business / product and audience marketing :

  • Asses the participation in local and international real estate exhibitions
  • Organization of ad hoc client events, seminars, workshops
  • Manage local marketing budget to agreed levels
  • Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have :

  • 3-4 years of experience in similar positions or in communication agency.
  • Studies related to communication / marketing or Degree in Economics / Finance would be a plus.
  • English fluent
  • Italian indispensable
