Our Sales Department in Italy is looking for a highly motivated
Key Account Hypermarket sloggi GDO Channel (f / m / d) (100%)
The purpose of the role is to ensure the inclusion of sloggi products in mass market channel and purchasing centers. You will be building strong relationships with excisting and new customers on national and local level.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Managing a strategic panel of 100 point of sales
Organizing and handling meetings with customer buyers to set up commercial conditions, contracts, discounts, promotions, events for the assigned customers
Analyzing the development of customer sales and proposing efficient actions to ensure the achievement of the agreed objectives
Analyzing and collecting customers’ requirements and needs and sharing them with all departments involved in order to resolve any issues and achieve high customer satisfaction
Supporting the decision about the correct product mix in order to optimize the assortment and profitability
Preparation of commercial offers and management of administrative matters
Ensuring an efficient and stable communication flow between Marketing, Sales and Customer Service / OM Department
Handling commercial and operative aspects related to inventory management
Scouting new opportunity in the market in order to growth with new chains in Hyper market Business Units
Monitoring the commercial performance of each GDO channel customers
Preparing Trade Marketing analysis and providing recommendations
Active management of administrative / credit issues in conjunction with relevant departments
Area of responsibility : Lombardia (60%) / Veneto (40%)
Home area : Bergamo - Brescia
Your ideal profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management
At least 2 / 3 years of experience of managing customers in mass market channel (GDO)
Sales and analytical mindset
Customer Service and customer satisfaction oriented with problem solving approach
Excellent communication skills
Business English and fluent Italian
Efficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Clean Driving License B
Able to travel across the respective territory
