The Analyst will work in a team which is highly regarded both within the organization and in the Italian market, having arranged a series of first class transactions.
The Analyst will be involved in every step of a transaction and specifically :
g. investment banking, financing alternatives, capital markets advisory, asset-liability management, treasury services and derivatives)
The candidate will acquire proper skills useful to behave in a dynamic and international environment. He will improve his / her analysis skills, the marketing knowledge and how to manage complex processes dealing with multiple internal and external resources.

The day to day activity is diverse and the Analyst will be given increasing level of responsibility according to Her / His willingness to learn and level of commitment shown.
Ideally the Analyst will have previously worked in a bank in (M&A or structured) and have some experience although this is not a prerequisite.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and keen interest for financial institutions
The candidate will have to deal with Italian clients and structured documents in local language so a good level of Italian written and spoken is required.
