Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Associate to join our HR Team, we are now recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Advisor that can contribute to establish and define the strategical foundations, programs, processes and tools in compensation and benefits function ensuring they are designed and managed to attract and retain a quality workforce.

This includes leading the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR compensation strategies and programs, including base pay, bonus and long term incentives.

Job Description and responsibilities

The C&B Manager will be instrumental to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company’s future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis) :

  • Leading compensation-related projects which involve development and / or re-design of existing / new programs (including job evaluation process, market pricing, design of fixed and variable pay plans, and benefits design & deployment);
  • Support the development and execution of compensation strategies to support the achievement of strategic business initiatives;
  • Providing consultative guidance to the HR team and business area managers questions regarding compensation and benefits practices.
  • Providing, timely and accurate information and direction to tools and resources for HR and managers is key;
  • Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company;
  • Designing and develop metrics and dashboards to support a variety of compensation initiatives
  • Training the HR team and line managers in C&B processes and programs
  • Budget definition and management for C&B activities.
  • Candidate profile

    Experiences & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, any engineering or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience, gained in a global, fast moving, and commercially focused organization.
  • Candidates coming from Strategic or HR consultancies willalso be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills to create focused action plans and drive insights through metrics;
  • Expert Excel skills, including financial model building;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong auditing skills.
  • Competencies :
