Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Associate to join our HR Team, we are now recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Advisor that can contribute to establish and define the strategical foundations, programs, processes and tools in compensation and benefits function ensuring they are designed and managed to attract and retain a quality workforce.
This includes leading the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR compensation strategies and programs, including base pay, bonus and long term incentives.

The C&B Manager will be instrumental to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company’s future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis) :
