Continuous Improvement Leader, with experience to coordinate Lean Transformation.
The candidate will be to drive sustainable change within all organization. Combining technical expertise with strong communication skills, you will build operational excellence system and organizational culture based on your understanding of market requirements, opportunities and threats, and key success factors in pursuit of operational excellence.
These are the main responsibilities :
Creation of the capability in Lean management at all organization levels through trainings, workshops and 1-2-1 daily support for Management and Optimization Specialists.
Implementation Lean Transformation Roadmap. Deployment of Hoshin Kanri System in all organization
Development, standardization and maintenance of Business Process Management System.
Standardize / develop and promote Process Architecture in front of Local Process Owners
Lead on demand of Kaizen and VSM initiatives. Management of physical and electronical internal documentation.
The ideal candidate has a higher education, preferably in the management engineering or similar.
He / she has a fluent english and a minimun experience of two years in position.
Positive Lean Thinker and Demonstrated experience in Lean Management. Practical knowledge of Lean tools. Experience in building process / performance indicators, process maps creation Continuous Improvement project management experience.
Availability to travel in Europe up to 25 of time

Economics : 40000 Euro for year six-months bonus for relocation
