  • Ensure complete transparency in reporting requirements of the Regional Group and Divisions.
  • Create and monitor ICT risk mitigation plan and develop appropriate responses.
  • As a cybersecurity leader, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities required both internally and externally to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Ensures that the systems are managed and maintained in accordance with company policies and local or international laws.
  • Activities in accordance and control of agreed budgets and cost targets.
  • Link between users at all levels (particularly corporate "Business Process Owner" and Departmental "Super Users") and the systems technology
  • To work closely with the Senior Management Team, ensure data integrity / accuracy, data protection, and information accessibility.
  • Lead in the development, evaluation, and implementation of system wide technology projects in conjunction with user requirements.
  • Provides professional / technical insight within the scope of Information Technology in the strategic planning and management of business.
  • Responsible for management of the IT team involving recruitment, development, performance management and workload balancing.
  • Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to Information Technology.
  • Experience in IT Service Management and IT Projects Management
  • Experience in management of both direct reports and peers required.Advanced level in English required and Italian, Polish, Czech, or Spanish an asset

  • Bachelor's degree required, with preference for Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic, Industrial, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • Masters in; Management, ICT Management or Leadership is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in automotive manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Corporate systems management and administration.
  • A minimum of 6 years in Technical systems management (ERP systems, ICT systems, project management).
  • Experience with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) related to business operating procedures and quality management systems required (ISO / TS) as well international standard certification on or relying to IT standards (TISAX, IATF, etc.).
  • Interpersonal skills, where customer and employee relations are held to the highest standards
  • Strong communication in both written and verbal manner, with the ability to interpret the audience.
  • Present to large groups of peers and executive management both internally and to customer.
  • Systematic approach to problem resolution and decisions are data driven
  • Long term planning and organizational , even in critical times
  • Maintains highest level of quality in all aspects of business activities
  • Continuous improvement mentality with desire to drive changes into standard operating procedures
  • Budget management, with ability to maintain and improve metrics
