For our Industrial Automation Local Business Line in Marine and Ports, located in Genoa, we are looking for an Assistant to Sales Support, to be part of the Service Team, reporting to the Local Spare Parts Manager.
Typical duties / responsibilities may include multiple activities, such as but not limited to :
Manage Customers requests, including any technical analysis to prepare the best technical and commercial proposal;
Manage the Customer Purchase Order;
Manage the purchase of the parts (in coordination with the internal purchase Dept);
Manage the part delivery to Customer (in coordination with the internal logistic Dept);
Manage the invoice to Customer;
Support Sales Account in specific Customer Installed Base Analysis for proactive Spare Parts Sales Campaign.
All the above tasks will be done utilizing ABB official IT support (i.e. e-mail, accounting tool (SAP), specific sales tool, etc).
Degree in Electrical or Naval Engineering;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
Fluent English language, verbal and written (B2 Level);
Fast in learning, good communication and negotiation skills, handling numerous activities simultaneously and ability to work under pressure.
