Main roles performed in the Company refers to Design, Merchandising, Communication & Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistic, IT and Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, e-comm) areas on top of the Ladies Shoes Production technicians and artisans activities and the direct retail store positions.

To strengthen our IT / Omnichannel Department, we are looking for an experienced CRM IT Project Manager that will be based in Milan and report directly to the Head of IT / Digital.

In charge of deploy the Company CRM Strategy , developing a unique 360 vision of the customer integrating ecom and retail customer database as well as designing and deploying clienteling CRM processes on directly owned stores worldwide.

Implement these projects in all Regions (EMEA,APAC) adapting to local needs whilst developing and spreading a client centric mindset at all levels.

Main activities

Design and maintenance of CRM architecture (data models, integration flows,deduplication rules)

Coordination of CRM project related SI (System Integrators)

Collect business needs from internal stakeholders ( Ecom,Retail,Marketing) and coordinates related action plans on clienteling app,CRM and Marketing automation Salesforce based solutions.

CRM / CLIENTELING

Training to the company key figures and store staff and roll out of CRM and clienteling solutions.

In cooperation with internal stakeholder, setting the customers segmentation rules in order to improve the company knowledge about customer behaviour.

Designing, implementing and managing the analytical models and tools (acquisition and loyalty KPIs,RFM dashboards).

Partnering cross functionally with key retail functions and local partners.

MARKETING AUTOMATION

Plan ,Design and Execute effective customer journeys through the coordinations of Marketing,Retail,Ecom and Merchandising dpt.

Managing the direct marketing campaigns.

At least 3 years of experience in CRM in international luxury retail contexts or service oriented companies.

Outgoing and balanced personality, strong analytical skills, ability to work in autonomy as well as a proactive, professional and positive attitude.

Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus.
