    In this role you will..

    Ensuring Operational Technology ( OT ) activities are completed in line with the OT security standards, guidance, processes and procedures.

    Ensuring the OT tools are used correctly and OT security awareness is promoted at the site.

    Ensuring development of OT Strategy pushing the boundaries of technologies in adherence with Global Engineering strategy and standards.

    He / she coordinates the activities and resources of the OT operations team to provide support, and prompt resolution of technical issues providing improvement proposal where needed

    Main Activities

    Coordinate the OT Operations team and ensure high level service levels and KPIs are maintained.

    Subject Matter Expert and point of contact between Site Automation and OT Global Team for the technology & processes related to OT Operations and Security.

    Ensure OT security awareness is promoted at the site with good security practices embedded across the manufacturing site and that all projects and changes at the site comply with the GSK OT Operating model, standards, guidance, processes and procedures.

    Support for managing supplier Contracts related to his / her area of responsibility.

    Coordination and oversight of support operations (vlan, FW rules, servers, AD) :

    Monitoring and escalating incident resolution

    Evaluating impact of changes and coordinating implementations

    Coordinating technical operations related to OT sytems by ensuring business impact is taken into consideration

    Monitoring of OT Infrastructures (Nutanix, Network, CPU, ) demand and planning expansions

    Supporting network vlan and firewall rule creation and modification

    Act as point of contact for FW rules regular clean activities and FW upgrade activites

    Accountable for local administration activities on OT Tools (i.e. Sailpoint, CyberArk, PMP )

    Support the threats intelligence process by maintaining the site OT assets inventory and by implementing the necessary mitigation


    Support people development program implementation to meet future objectives of the business.

    Support in Motivating and developing teams and effectively confronting and resolving performance issues.

    Why you?

    Qualifications & Skills :

    Master degree in automation, electronic or process engineering.

    At least 3 years experience in GMP Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry

    At least 4 years experience in Engineering department

    Networking (LAN / WAN, FW, CISCO, Switches),

    Cybersecurity and OT standards.

    VM Server infrastructure.

    DB (SQL, ORACLE) Solutions.

    MES and OSI-PI integration.

    Infra capacity monitoring (i.e.Nutanix, Netapp, etc)

    Capability to manage team

    Capability to manage multiple projects

    Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Operations

    Fluent English

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

    Team working capability

    Problem-solving skills,
