Participates to site leadership meetings.
Understand the site Business Strategy and translate it into HR action plan for the site / business.
Implement Talent Bank management (preparations, actions, meetings) and drives outcomes.
Implement Performance Management meetings, monitors the process, quality control and improvement.
Organizational design (looks at structure, works with business to determine design, evaluates if there are enough people to fill the new structure and if not, works with recruitment).
Conducts meetings for recruitment to make sure the correct profile is drawn, and conducts the interviews.
Conducts training needs analysis and ad-hoc training for the business.
Conducts individual coaching sessions.
Develops and distributes employee communications.
Manages employee relations / work councils / unions for the site.
Is accountable for maintaining employee records for his / her site correct and up-to-date
A jobholder will need at least a bachelor degree, preferably in HRM
A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience in general HR roles
Practical knowledge of national social legislation
Experience with managing unions and local work council
High level of confidentiality / discretion / integrity required
Strong HR operational background
Experience in coaching managers at people management and development
Ability to drive change
International mindset and cross-cultural awareness
Good working knowledge of English
