This is where you work!
You are part of the Modix global team and work in our Torino, Italy / Madrid, Spain / Koblenz, Germany, Antwerp, Belgium / Hamburg, Germany office.
As CRM Inhouse Consultant you report directly to the management board (based in Germany) and are in close contact with the finance, marketing, and sales departments.
You are responsible for the global rollout, successful adoption, and ongoing improvement of the Modix Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 implementation (soon to be upgraded to Dynamics 365).
You make frequent trips to Modix offices around the world to complete the global CRM rollout (estimated travel 25%+).
This is what you do!
You further develop the existing CRM processes and workflows.
You deeply understand Modix business processes and translate these into CRM requirements. You implement these requirements yourself, or together with external service providers.
You assume the project lead for the international implementation of the CRM-system in English and the technical guidance of the persons responsible for CRM in the individual countries.
You support the development of company-wide reporting.
You maintain measures for ensuring data quality.
You ensure the implementation of current data protection guidelines in the CRM system.
You organize or conduct trainings for employees when required.
These are your abilities!
Long-term work experience with CRM
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience in the development and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions
Excellent Excel knowledge
Experience in project management (agile development)
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
Preferred : experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
