Take in charge from pre-sales and sales project feasibility
Able to translate client's requirements into new technical products' features
Clarify problems and ensure clear project scope and objectives
Ensure estimate for the projects are complete and accurate and includes : scope objectives, assumptions, exclusions, constraints, work plan, deliverables and acceptance criteria
Facilitate the project feasibility study
Fill in the statement of work for the success manager
Coordinate the assigned resources for the project delivery
Coordinate deliveries with product teams
Kick off the project and manage customer expectations with the success manager
Keep track of project progress and communicate progress to customer regularly
Keep track of project risks and issues
Manage and facilitate risks management and issues
Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)
Hand over the project to support
Facilitate post go live with support
Ensure timely budget delivery
Good team player
Fluent in English
3 years of experience as Project Manager

Experience in digital marketing would be an advantage
