    PRIMARY FUNCTION :

    The Warranty Specialists Coordinator is the supervisor of the warranty claims and process for all Self Servicing Customer, he / she is the coordinator of all Warranty Senior Specialists (WSS) that are Customer representative inside FPT and the FPT interface with the Customer for warranty point of view, in particular he / she is the responsible to :

  • Claim assessment : monitor on warranty terms, data consistency, technical and economical check through FPT SAP wty System before the acceptance by WSS
  • Warranty Fund and Spending monitoring for all customers
  • Product trend monitoring and detection of the major issues in terms of economic risks, as responsible for the warranty costs of the customers
  • Support WSS and QKAM to prepare all material for PIP activation and management
  • Monitoring of main quality KPI ( F100 / ACPU) intercepting eventually deviation and quality issues
  • Discuss and agree warranty claim (acceptance or not) with the main Customer
  • ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Direct along the guidelines the Warranty Senior Specialists team on warranty claims and cost acceptance
  • Escalate and report to the management about main open points and roadblock for claims management
  • Manage warranty fund and recognition of extra cost for issues not in warranty
  • Escalate and report to the management about warranty fund status and accrual
  • Supervise the Warranty Annexes of the Supply Agreement with Non Captive Customers
  • Contribute to the budget creation and manage the budget allocated in accordance
  • To support QKAM for warranty and campaign spending / budgeting
  • QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous consolidated experience ( min. 5 years ) as Warranty Specialist for Key Account Self Servicing Customer (engines manufacturing ) , Quality manager or Customer Manager
  • Experience on Powertrain After Market Business or After Market / Quality Business
  • Proven direct negotiation experience and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships as well within internal matrix organizations.
  • Business fluent Italian and English skills, spoken and written
  • Degree in engineering
  • Excellent Knowledge of industrial software
  • Able to elaborate in autonomy the mains Quality KPI ( F100 & ACPU) and to perform complex data analysis with excel tool starting from claims data.
