The person in the role will be a key member of the new organization and will expected to be a great communicator together with the ability to establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

  • The new resource will lead the new organizational model towards the international growth and will have the following main responsibilities : Prepare effective business plan for all the international development projects to achieve required product volume and profit, monitoring all specific transactions of all customers for all processes;
  • Administer all export activities and ensure compliance to both internal policies and procedures and import / export laws, acting within the trade compliance limits;
  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for distributors;
  • Analyse sales statistics to define sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers; Coordinate and plan all the export activities to make them more effective and efficient accordingly to the new company targets;
  • Guarantee assigned targets achievement in terms of margins and investments; Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Europe, Middle East and Far East, and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities;
  • Maintain professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing and planning; Resolve customer complaints and problems;
  • Contribute to define new business development plans. Leading role in building an international sales distributionPromising manufacturing company in Tobacco industryUniversity degree or equivalent culture;
  • Proven and solid experience gained in senior export role within the tobacco manufacturing industry; Solid knowledge of the tobacco distribution channel;
  • Proven sales and relationship skills, acquired in the consolidation of commercial roles; Ability to operate within entrepreneurial company with a good level of autonomy;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an effective approach at all levels; Persuasion, negotiation, analytical skills and target oriented mindset;
