My client, a leading provider of embedded imaging and computer vision solutions, is looking to hire a Field Application Engineer to support key clients in the Automotive industry.
This role is can be based anywhere within commutable distance to Parma, Italy as it will require travel to the office at least once a week.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to support on Pre- and Post- sales activity
Provide internal customer training on how to use tools
Define new features for future SoC and imaging products
Assess and address any technical risks
Requirements
BSEE or equivalent degree; Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering preferable
Experience with computer vision, especially in stereovision and optical flow
Knowledge of camera systems, image processing or computer vision
Strong customer facing skills, ability to communicate with clients and work within a sales environment
Fluent English skills are a must, Italian not required but preferred
