Main tasks Responsibilities :

  • You will design and implement the local transaction plan in terms of number of sales together with the Milan VP of Investments
  • You will support the Milan VP of Investments in the decision-making process to finalize sales, as well as monitoring average profitability, cost planning and control with regards to the local RE sales
  • You will manage the sale phase of specific real estate properties, vis-à-vis negotiation with buying counterparties and relative review and design of internal processes
  • You will coordinate and supervise the role of the external stakeholders and suppliers which support Casavo across the value chain of the Sales transaction process with focus on RE Partner Brokers panel and Renovation Partners
  • You will look for new market opportunities in terms of sales, as well as structuring of the commercial activity throughout lead-generation channels
  • You will manage the local Sales team with a focus on strategic workforce planning and transaction plan’s objectives cascading
  • Required skills :

  • at least 3 years’ experience in Operations or Sales roles within growing companies
  • You have strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • You have experience in managing people or small teams
  • Compensation range (yearly)
