Candidate will cover role mainly into the IT division with the role of SuccessFactors Project Manager for the initiatives requested by HR Business of Retail, Operations, Wholesale and Corporate.

As SuccessFactors solution is very strictly integrated with SAP HCM System the candidate will work also on this system and others in the HCM Ecosystem.

The activities will be heavily based on sinergic work with HRIS Function and on relationships / management of external partners.

Here some of the responsibilities you will have :

manage analysis activities and system management mostly on SuccessFactors.

apply the best tecnological solutions based on the avalable tools.

Apply functional knowledge to design process and manage an appropriate fit & gap between the requirements of the business and the solution of the system.

Write functional requirements and maintain timing on all the SuccessFactors and SAP HCM enhancements.

Manage and coordinate the developments of IT internal Team and external resources during the implementation project phases and work in strong synergy with HRIS function

Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solution with proven experience on projects (3 / 4 years of experience) in particular on the following modules : Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Succession&Development.

Strong self organization, team working management skills and business understanding.

Knowledge of ABAP OOP, SQL, Python, Java are a plus.
