Being responsible for the Organic Growth of the assigned Customers, the Account Associate represents a reliable point of contact for clients for both commercial and administrative aspects.
Through his / her day by day activities, the Account Associate contributes to reach the Company’s Targets such as : Revenue, Ordering, Marginality and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Main activities :
Owns and drives Organic Growth cross-functional activities, with solid customer engagement / relationship and Account Management Team alignment
Owns end to end the Quote to Order process and Sales Ops related activities for small to medium customers
The Account Associate is accountable to drive Organic Growth upselling activities
Be focal point for quotations, customer commercial and contractual queries, customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance strong customer relationships.
Be the Process Owner and / or Quote Owner for the respective assigned activities in the Orange Quote to Bill (QTB) chain.
Keep proper records and documentation of relevant sales activity for assigned customers using
Track and ensure Disconnect orders are properly entered into the system according to contract and completed accordingly.
Work with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve customer queries as well as invoice issues
Improved CSAT rating and strong customer relationship through continuous contact and quality support.
Accurate and timely status information on all customer activity which in turn leads to improved forecasting.
Timely and accurate resolution of billing issues.
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Italian mother tongue
Clear & proactive internal and external customer communication
Able to deal with dual reporting lines and virtual teams
Fast learning and self-motivated
Experience in Quote to Order processes
Initiate and execute projects to develop the community
Negotiations / Delegation skills
Demonstrate responsibility / taking ownership
