The intern will support the F&B Manager in the overseeing the efficient running of F&B department during the services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service) according to our standards and procedures.
Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities;
Place side by side to the F&B Manager will have the opportunity to learn about the management of the F&B Division according the to the Company policies, standard and procedures;
Support the F&B Manager dealing with the written correspondence according to our service standard;
Support the service operation during Banquets;
Cooperate with F&B management in set up and organization of banquets;
Assist F&B Manager during checks of HACCP;
Take notes of all F&B operation meetings and utilize a present follow up tool.
Intermediate in English and Italian
Good written and verbally communication skills
PC literate. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
