Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.

The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and play a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent.

Requirements

In agreement with the HR Manager design and implement the overall recruiting strategy

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of hiring needs

Maintain and share culture of Equal Employment Opportunity

Develop job descriptions and specifications

Work with line managers to build technical test for recruiting

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc

Conduct interviews

Providing recruitment reports to the HR Manager and the hiring Manager

Take care of hiring paperwork

Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations

Manage internship programs

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role should have : a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR

Technical Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

At least 5 years’ experience as Recruiter in multinational companies working in services

Proven experience in recruiting a high number of complex profiles

Good understanding of business functions

Advanced knowledge of local employment law (Italy)

Italian mother tongue

Excellent English both written and verbal

Strong knowledge of Office (Excel in particular)

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
