Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative.

On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver.

As a Partner Sales Coach, you will be responsible for executing sales activities together with the partner Account Managers and / or Google Cloud technical presales specialists.

You will work as part of the extended teams to drive G Suite and Google Cloud Platform growth in all customer segments through the reseller.

You will support on-going commercial efforts and product / process transfer of competences to the reseller Account Managers, and identify new Google Cloud opportunities together with the Account Managers in their customer base.

You will provide day-to-day support to the Account Managers and sales managers to resolve questions and issues, including advisory on suitable conditions such as promotions, and support in managing processes for special requests.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional task force working with the reseller partner, and will be in frequent communication with the other Google stakeholders working with resellers to plan new commercial initiatives and resolve issues.

You will participate in regular meetings and business reviews between Google and resellers, and be the main point of contact from Google on-site for a specific customer segment or territory.

You will also help create and implement new initiatives.

  • Drive growth to meet and exceed goals.
  • Review sales with the Account Managers and ensure that the opportunity status is reflected in the systems accurately and timely.
  • Coach the Account Managers on selling G Suite / Google Cloud Platform to help progress opportunities through the business cycle, from initial qualification to close.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with foundational cloud technologies, service provider ecosystems and business models.
  • Experience working in a partner or sales manager role.
  • Experience in navigating a sales environment and experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working with Telcos.
  • Ability to organize work independently and meet agreed upon timelines.
  • Effective sense of initiative and ability to act quickly and effectively.
