The CRM team, attached to the marketing team of TheFork, is looking for a new talent to strengthen its B2C Regional activity (Italy, France and Belgium).

Supported by the Regional CRM Manager, and two trainees (French & Italian), your main missions, if you accept them, will be :


  • Development of the CRM B2C animation plan and ensure the smooth running
  • Support trainees on copy-writing, HTML building, targeting and scheduling of the communications
  • Setting up many AB Test
  • Reporting, analyzes & recommendations of the actions carried out
  • Imagine the winnings campaigns of tomorrow
  • Crush the data fields in order to improve targeting & personalization
  • Become the master of automated campaigns : performances, improvements and new scenario
  • Merchandising

  • Ensure the coordination between Merchandising banners display & the Marketing plan
  • Developing scenarios of banners display according to customer data / behavior
  • Definitions of product recommendation rules
  • Setting up many AB Test
  • What we are looking for :

  • You are "native" or bilingual Italian and you have a good knowledge of the English language
  • Your Italian spelling is irreproachable
  • You have beautiful writing skills that would make vegan the most hardened carnivores
  • You like playing with Customer Data and you have strong capacity of analysis
  • You have leadership, pro-active and solver mindset
  • You have already had successful 3-4 years CRM operational experience(s)
  • You have already used a CRM campaign tool (Salesforce, Braze, Adobe Campaign ...)
  • You are passionate about food & restaurant
