    Use all company resources to grow and manage the aluminum surface treatment business in Italy for the Light Metal Solutions team.

    Will provide front line sales, technical support, and product training to customers. Accounts will largely be, although not exclusively, large aluminum extruders / anodizers, paint / powder coaters and job shops.

    Accounts will largely focus on architectural, automotive and consumer goods applications.

    There are several key activities :

    Management and negotiation of key relationships with assigned and targeted accounts to aid the growth and capture of new business.

    Assisting with sales cycle and customer approvals at the OEM level for anodize and conversion coating approvals / installations.


  • Grow business at major aluminum surface treatment accounts in Italy.
  • Work directly with the Global Director and Business Development Manager to develop, train, and use our Roadmap to Revenue sales process on our ATLAS platform.
  • Develop relationships at existing customer base to maintain / grow business.
  • Assist with and develop strategic alliances / partnerships with OEM / Tier / applicator partners within Italy as assigned to drive business.
  • Assist with Light Metal Solutions sales strategy in Italy.
  • Deliver an agreed upon total of new business on an annual basis.
  • Assist with Light Metal Solutions sales strategy in Italy.
  • Complete and forward formalized monthly reports
  • Complete monthly T&E reports utilizing Chrome River management software.
  • Maintain proficiency in all aspects of our operation and products

  • Experience and strong technical competence with aluminum surface treatment is a must; both conversion coating and anodize preferred
  • A strong commercial understanding (market, competitive landscape, etc.) is also very important
  • A strong sales acumen is preferred; the ability to initiate the sales process alone and well and team sell through existing channels is critical; Create. Win. Grow.
