Manage in autonomy the technical tasks such as : Manage technical and cost analysis (feasibility analysis, bench tests, suppliers selection in collaboration with other units.
R&D, Purchasing, Operations, marketing..)
To scout new processes or new applications of existing technologies in order to give a pro active contribution to the research plan.
To contribute and support of specific technical issues occurring during the projects executions coming from RD&Q, Technical development or Plants.
To ensure an accurate feasibility study for each request related to process innovation interacting with other units (RD&Q, Operations and Marketing).
to manage the assigned projects, through the definition of relevant deadlines and priorities, assessing the progress of planned phases, coordinating internal staff and external resources, and manage the execution phase (installation and testing) until the successful release.
To support the Purchasing dept. in the selection of the suppliers through the evaluation of the quotations and in the negotiation phase.
In case of technical or technological constrains his / her preference drives the final choice.
To ensure the compliance of the new equipment to the internal safety and environmental standards.
To collaborate in the definition of the CAPEX process for own area of competence.
Ensure the professional growth of the people managed.
MSc in Mechanical Engineering
Professional experience : minimum 8 / 10 years
Experience within FMCG industry
Fluent both in Italian and English
Strong Communication skills
Strong Project Management skills
Willing to travel in Italy and abroad
