Il nostro Cliente, società multinazionale leader di mercato mondiale nel suo settore di riferimento, per implementazione della propria struttura, ci ha incaricato di ricercare la figura di : Technical Information & Traning Manager Reporting to the Technical Service Manager in the Customer Service division, the candidate will lead the Technical Information and Training office and deliver accurate documentation and training courses for each project in a timely manner.

He will define strategy and vision for IETP (integrated electronic technical publications) and related software used in Technical Publication and Logistic database management.

He will be responsible for Training development and managing as required by contracts. Main Responsabilities : · Estimate resources (staffing and tools) required to achieve project goals.

Manage assigned budget throughout execution of project. · Managing the External suppliers as required. · Oversee the Technical Publications and Training review process.

  • Research, organize, write, edit, and produce technical documents and trainings. · Ensure technical documentation and training courses are accurate, clear, complete, and adheres to required standards and overall quality.
  • Interact with developers, architects, quality assurance, product and project managers and others across the organization to continuously learn about the products and technology.
  • Effectively manage documentation projects from start to finish and deliver customer-focused documentation on time and with quality.
  • Provide recommendations to continuously improve technical documentation and training processes and stay informed about current writing and tools trends.
  • Conduct yearly employee reviews and managing the team. · Direct and guide staff in project assignments and growth opportunities.
  • Requirements : · University degree in Engineering, computer Science or equivalent education · Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role for a well structured company and 1 years in a leadership / management role.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to read, write, and compile technical documents. · Able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects with inflexible deadlines, from planning through completion.

  • Knowledge of ASD S1000D, ASD S3000L, MIL-STD 1388 standards · Ability of contract and supplier's management. · Awareness of safety and security laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio). · Knowledge of database management and SQL. · Knowledge of metadata management, XML, and related standards · Leadership attitude, analytical skills and attention to detail complete the candidate profile Sede di lavoro : Trentino - Alto Adige
