A leading international shopping centre specialist has commissioned us to look for a
Mission : To assist the Shopping Centre Manager, with the support of the Country Marketing Manager, in implementing the Shopping Centre marketing plan, through the organization and promotion of cultural and commercial events, in view of optimizing the Shopping Centers free spaces and entertainment programs, for the purpose of strengthening its image, attractiveness and fostering customer loyalty.
Core Accountabilities : To manage the marketing budget of common expenses, attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total marketing costs of the Shopping Centre, while implementing the entire marketing plan of the SC.
To introduce the Shopping Centre to institutional entities that may hold future events / exhibitions in its spaces (e.g.
museums, arts centres, etc.), as well as to communications companies and agencies, for the purpose of making the Shopping Centre enter the channels defined in its communications actions and strategies.
To receive and analyse the different proposals for events to be held in the SC, in order to assess their significance and submit them for appreciation and possible approval by superiors (e.
g. : diffusion of new property enterprises, presentation of showpiece cars, etc.). To define innovative and quality cultural events that, by their nature, can attract social classes with greater purchasing power, opinion leaders, among others, as well as to deploy all the Public Relations mechanisms, especially to favour the spreading of news and to support other actions.
To create, execute and oversee annual entertainments, taking into account aspects such as quality, introduction of differentiating features, as well as attractiveness and originality, which are more likely to attract customers, in order to strengthen and possibly increase their loyalty.
To negotiate sponsorship agreements in order to make the actions defined in the Marketing strategies more profitable or feasible.
Preparation of the weekly plan of activities that are to be carried out in the SC and its distribution to all the departments.
Analysis of proposals, negotiation and management of Temporary Space Rents, in accordance with the rules defined by the SC, as well as the presentation of the monthly report on the turnover for the utilization of Spaces.
Profile&Exerience Requirements :
Degree in Marketing / Economics (preferential) 2 - 3 years previous experience in marketing, preferably in real estate shopping centers.
Fluent in English language Well developed business and financial analysis skills with strong customer and business awareness.
