1) Responsibility to maintain the dealer database updated, create and manage on the website the training sessions.
2) Support all the dealers' employees and training attendees for any problem and issue they encounter on the platform, being the only "window person" towards the whole network (primary and secondary) providing a complete "help desk" service.
3) After having obtained the relevant experience and skills, deliver to dealer Training Managers a specific face to face classroom training as a trainer.
4) Involvement on new models' launches trainings management : enrollment of participants, reporting, support of Nissan Academy staff when they are at outside locations.
5) Support the whole Nita training team in any activity needed.
