Position provide T&LS Customer’ requirements for both offline and online travel services and lifestyle services. He / She will handle requests both received by phone and through On-line tools.
It is required a good knowledge of Airline, ferry and rail tickets sales, Tour Operator, Destination knowledge, hotel and Car bookings.
Delivering WOW by providing innovative and extraordinary service. Consulting with your customers so that you can recommend relevant products and services that are perfectly tailored to their needs.
Creating unique travel & lifestyle experiences by expertly booking domestic and international flights, cars, hotels and first-class entertainment.
Interact by phone with Card members with a strong focus on Service and Customer Care.
Our Consultants use their passion for travel and lifestyle to exceed client expectations by constantly striving to create unforgettable trips and experiences for our Premium Card Members.
They are brand ambassadors who take pride in their ability to craft memorable trips, and deliver personalized solutions through our best-in-class service, exclusive programs and premium benefits inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty along the way.
Excellent written & spoken Italian and English (additional Language spoken an advantage)
Good knowledge of world geography and travel destinations, including the interests and the activities associated with these destinations.
Travel agent experience + Consultative background with Leisure experience (knowledge of hotels, restaurants, fashion trends etc.)
Use of a GDS (ie : Sabre or Amadeus or Galileo)
Good technical skills are essential as you will be using multiple tools and systems on a daily basis.
High level of integrity to work with and treat customer data sensitively.
