WHAT YOU'LL DO

The HR Sourcing & Recruiting Manager leads the whole sourcing and recruiting activities for the Consulting team of the IGTI System, coordinating a team of Recruiters based in the local offices of the geography.

He / she will oversee the Recruiting activities with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, head hunters and vendors management.

The responsibilities will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to them. Full responsibility for the Recruiting process of the Consulting Team of the IGTI Geography :

  • Supervising the whole Recruiting process in order to ensure that an extensive high-qualitypipeline is constantly provided for each Consulting Practice
  • People Management responsibility for the Recruiting team, comprising : KPI definitions,performance evaluation, partnering with Corporate HR to define : career plans and development initiatives for own team
  • Foster the identification of creative ways to find relevant talent pools working with the Employer Branding team, leveraging and coordinating the usage of the various sourcing channels : direct scouting, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, headhunters, association memberships, employees, referral and networking
  • Lead sourcing activities ensuring that wider BCG priorities are met (i.e. Women intake, LGBT, underprivileged, )
  • Continuously collect inputs from Consulting Team stakeholders (Partner and Practice Area Leaders) to plan in advance sourcing and recruiting activities
  • Coordinate the development of digital sourcing tools to reinforce BCG positioning as innovative consulting firm and to ensure the alignment with lobal BCG efforts in standardizing and measuring Recruiting processes
  • Technical Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Italian (equivalent to C1 level at least)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Comfortable with the use of ATS systems and report set up and running
  • Attributes

  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential

  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • University degree in Human Resources, Economics or related Human Science
  • At least 8-10 years working experience in the HR function of a multinational and cross functional environment
  • Significant experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager and proven experience in leading a talent acquisition team
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must
