1.Own and drive the global Service growth initiative of Pro-active Service Selling . Define and implement a global process for pro-
active Service selling in close collaboration with global Product Service Centers (PSC) and Local Service Centers (LSC) in some 30 countries to achieve a growth target of about 100 MUSD by end of year 2020.
Basis are all globally installed HV products in more than 100 countries.
2.Maximize order growth and gross margin by considering customer service needs, customer values of each Service offering and value based target pricing in each individual country
3.Closely monitor business growth and report progress against given targets in global reporting platform.
4.Regularly analyze market trends and competition to secure profitable business growth and propose corrective actions if necessary
5.Coach and support local sales teams in applying a pro-active approach to the market utilizing value based selling
6.Considering the trends in digitalization propose new processes and supporting sales tools to continuously simplify the pro-
active sales process and increase effectiveness
7.Closely collaborate with Service Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives.
Maintain a global opportunity pipeline looking some years ahead
8.Ensure with local management and HR support that the local sales team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed to effectively follow a pro-active sales process.
Bachelor or Master degree preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering
Knowledge about high voltage products and their applications
Service Marketing & Sales experience
Understanding of customer needs and values
Product Management experience
Leadership experience preferably in virtual organization
Experience working in international environment
Understanding of Service organizations and processes
Experience working with customers
Strong communication skills
Experience using digital tools and processes
Experience working cross BUs / cross Divisions (e.g. PG, EP, IA)
