We are looking for a CAM-In Store Activation Manager for our Consumer business. Main purpose of the role is to lead and motivate a merchandising team, to implement marketing strategies in store and ensure K-C sales and profit objectives are met.
Scope of responsability are stores of National groups, regional and local accounts. Long-term vision the Manager will be responsible in enabling the organization in winning in store through perfect execution and Shopper Engagement
Main responsibilities :
This incorporates key initiatives like improving the visibility through Merchandising and POS activation in all trade arena's.
Leads tools & guidelines evolution, as well as implementation of all sales fundamentals initiatives through sales team and third party merchandising team involvement.
Support CM to develop POS materials that are appropriate for the different channels and market environments.
Build a sales community of in store excellent experts, defining agenda and way of working. Secure progress and alignment arranging recurrent meetings
