We are looking for a CAM-In Store Activation Manager for our Consumer business. Main purpose of the role is to lead and motivate a merchandising team, to implement marketing strategies in store and ensure K-C sales and profit objectives are met.

Scope of responsability are stores of National groups, regional and local accounts. Long-term vision the Manager will be responsible in enabling the organization in winning in store through perfect execution and Shopper Engagement

Main responsibilities :

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the category activation strategy for the trade environment (In Store Execution, DPSM).
  • This incorporates key initiatives like improving the visibility through Merchandising and POS activation in all trade arena's.

    Leads tools & guidelines evolution, as well as implementation of all sales fundamentals initiatives through sales team and third party merchandising team involvement.

  • POS Activation : Ensuring execution POS activation. Work closely with sales team and Customer Marketing to develop POS initiatives, merchandising guideline, tools and process to drive excellent in store execution.
  • Support CM to develop POS materials that are appropriate for the different channels and market environments.

  • Sales Team Liaison : To guide the sales teams in developing and implementing activation related initiatives via regular contacts and store visits.
  • Build a sales community of in store excellent experts, defining agenda and way of working. Secure progress and alignment arranging recurrent meetings

  • Achieve alignment with key stakeholders (CBU leader, Marketing CM). Enable best practices sharing. Ensure consistency of implementation.
  • Agency Management : Key point of contact for involved agencies. Coordinate agencies efforts across a series of projects, involving other managers as well to provide all requirements such as tools, knowledge & resources (third party people and money).
  • Monitoring & Tracking : build KPI's and tracking system to measure success and business impact of POS initiatives. Ensure results are on track with objectives and suggest to sales director aligned incentive schemes
  • Budget Management : Manage related budget delegated from marketing / finance and work in cooperation with other team members and to update it on a monthly basis.

  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG business management
  • English Language
  • solid level of understanding of key finance documents (P&L, Balance, and Cash Flow)
  • demonstrated ability to promote and implement changes focused on those business decisions which impact the sales results.
  • This requires a high level of organizational and personal sensitivity, initiative, planning, organizing and the ability to work in team
