The Automation Hardware Engineer is a professional role who will deal with the electrical design of automation systems within Service department, in liasion with RD&E.
Design electrical / electronic parts of equipment or upgrades and retrofits, following the specifications committed by the customer’s projects assigned.
Realizes the wiring diagrams and BOMs of the designed electrical equipment or upgrades and retrofits.
Contributes to the preparation of the documentation relating to the projects and collaborates in the creation of the use, installation, and maintenance instructions.
Risk analysis review of machinery to be upgraded with particular attention to the operator’s command and circuits of control.
Hardware Technical design support to service and spare parts offices
Help to Spare parts team for the correct selection and identification of the spare parts required by the customers.
Support the machine technical dept and R&D dept on the product improvements according with the feedback came from service and installation.
8.Provide a first selection of recommended spare parts list for each product and project
Required 5 years of work experience in companies in the industrial automation sector, at least 2-3 years of experience in the design task (design and design of electrical diagrams of automation systems and related industrialization)
Good knowledge of Eplan P8 application software
MS Office package applications for data analysis
Availability for international (occasional) travel and missions
Good knowledge of technical English
