Product Performance Specialist, Combines
As Product Performance Specialist you will provide leadership in managing and evaluating Field Service technical support requests.
You will provide customer service by communicating with our Field Technicians, Partners or Farmers coordinating the activities with other departments to best serve the needs of the customers.

ensure proper level of technical support (2nd / 3rd) driving to fast resolution
reporting information to the interested stakeholders according to the communication agenda and following the appropriate process
collaborate with others factories and departments to ensure the product is meeting the Customer Expectation
assist and monitor technical requests coming from dealer network and AGCO personnel in the countries
provide technical subject expert knowledge
Good technical knowledge of products and mechanical / electrical systems
Experience with Agricolture machineries is a plus
Previous experience with Aftersales, Service, Parts organization or similar is needed
Availability to travel
Full driving license
Fluent English and Italian
