The incumbent will be part of the Accounting Team, reporting to Accounting Manager.
He / she will be helping managing all forms of financial accounts within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative back office activity
Help on the implementation of new financial flows / IT system change
Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports
Under the supervision of Accounting Manager, prepare and review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
Requirements
We address candidates with an Economics / Financial university background or Diploma in Accounting
Previous experience in accounting will be considered as a plus
Current familiarity with spreadsheet tools (especially Excel )
Ability to maintain precise records
Good knowledge of the English language (B1 Level or above)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Planning skills and good communication skills
