Responsible for 2 luxury hotels : Rome, Italy and Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a very ambitious, analytical and strategic individual to come and join this dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

  • Design a strategy for ROI across paid, SEO, CRM and website (CRO and management).
  • Manage the budget and optimise the strategy to improve cost per acquisition from lead to full enrolled.
  • Optimise PPC and SEO as an aligned strategy, running with a top CPA optimisation plan.
  • Annual CPA strategy and planning
  • Improve search items linked to the hotel reputation to make company brand more appealing and number one on searches.
  • Develop and subsequently manage the hotels own website and execute plans to timetable and budget to meet objectives.
  • Use content on site to convert clientele and activate channels appropriately to optimise bookings.
  • Design CRM strategy for optimization of sales and booking across the hotels (including rooms, events spaces, restaurants and bars).
  • Work on different data sets to optimise communications, content and technology for improved commercial results.
  • Be responsible for CRM tool ensuring tool is constantly optimised.
  • Manage website content, imagery, metafields and UI design.
  • Design online journeys for different students and different courses, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
  • Work with the Global Marketing team to develop targeted material and calendar for specific promotional events or other key announcements
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in PPC and SEO strategy design with the ability to manage these on Google
  • Experience in CRO and website management
  • Experience in CRM solutions
  • Ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Creation or development of website
  • Experience with Opera welcomed to analyse and interpret data
  • Ability to communicate with a large range of audiences (corporate, leisure, family, prestigious, etc) and gain acceptance and funding for brand strategy
  • It is not necessary to have previous experience in Hotels or Tourism industry however preference for experience based organization.
