Job Scope

You will work in a young, dynamic and innovative team of Software Engineers being in charge of :

  • Entire Software LifeCycle Management
  • Develop custom software solution for International Bank customers leveraging on Agile methodology
  • Software and performance optimization
  • Development of HPC solution
  • Working on an Hybrid Architecture composed by Cloud IaaS and OnPrem infrastructure
  • Working on the Application DevOps project integration and onboarding
  • Requisiti

  • 3 to 5 years experience as Software Developer
  • Collaboration, proactiveness and team work aptitude;
  • Problem solving abilities;
  • Critical and Design thinking in Software Development
  • C++, Java 1.8+ knowledge in a performance critical environment
  • Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm(optional)
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS and all its functionalities
  • Working proficiency in Italian and in English;
  • Financial background is a plus

    UniCredit Services is the global service Company of UniCredit that provides solutions in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office & Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Global Sourcing areas.

    Financial Risks ICT is responsible for :

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining ICT solutions for the centralized calculation and the monitoring of key indicators for all financial risks (i.
  • e. Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk etc.), coherently with local and international regulations (e.g. Basel III). In particular, it ensures the maintenance and development of models / systems for :

  • Group-wide Counterparty Credit Risk and Market Risk models and reporting processes;
  • Financial risk custom solutions, mainly covering Counterparty Risk, and used by Front Office Solutions provided by BL Markets and F&A ICT;
  • Supporting financial risk management processes across the main Group Hubs (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE), at different organization levels (Holding Company and single Legal Entities);
  • Managing all PL change activities : all project phases from demand to final deployment, following the US Project Management guidelines and Service Implementation Management process, delivering on budget and on time the functionalities defined in clear and signed-off Business Requirements and ensuring proper tracking of change requests.
