We're currently looking for an excited and talented Quality Engineer & Problem Solving Specialist to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas :
Lead and deploy Problem Solving and improvement plans within the plant
Overlook rejects / scrap management workflow, analysis and data collection. Prioritize issues and initiate 8D Reports
Track and review internal Quality performance-KPI
Manage Quality standard / documents initial release / update
Manage samples, PPAP and IMDS submission to Customers
Support Product and Manufacturing Engineering for Quality related issues
Execute internal audits and manage action plan follow-up
Support D-FMEA and P-FMEA team work
Lead Production for Quality related topics / issues
Quality System management

Experience in Quality : minimum 5 yrs
Good English
Knowledge of IATF 16949
Knowledge of Quality Tools
System / Process audit experience
Preferred WCM QC Pillar Leader experience / Six Sigma Certificate
Logical thinking
Problem solving skills
Good time management
Interpersonal and communication skills
Travel availability
