POSITION SUMMARY : Our clients need partners who are committed to driving the future of retail through technology innovation.

You will be the tip of the spear in providing world-class service to our customers in Europe (with Italy as the top priority).

As such, you will be responsible for (1) establishing and cultivating brand relationships (2) ensuring brands are onboarded to digitally present collections (3) driving opportunities to expand product usage and platform engagement.

You have deep experience in luxury goods and knowledge of B2B wholesale platforms, and are motivated to accelerate NuORDER market position.

This position will be located in Milan, Italy and report annually to the VP of Brand Partnerships (NY) and SVP of Customer Success (LA).

We are hiring for this position immediately with an ideal start date in June 2020. This role will interface daily with the Milan Sales leadership team.

What you'll do :

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the customer lifecycle from onboarding the brand, ensuring market readiness, training, driving platform engagement and influencing upsells / renewals / core conversion
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with C-level Executives and key stakeholders for brand portfolio
  • Be an expert in your Core customers' business; understanding their seasonal cycles, sales goals, GTM strategies and working with them to have NuORDER support their needs / goals each step of the way
  • For Retail only brands, articulate the value proposition and drive platform engagement. Influence conversion to CoreTrack the success of your brands using hard data, and modify your customer recommendations as needed to maximize the outcome
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team / Onboarding to activate new clients on NuORDER
  • Become an expert on our technology solution, and how it can deliver value for luxury brands. Articulate key principles of B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising best practices as it relates to NuORDER
  • Act as a team thought leader and assist in developing scalable processes
  • What you'll need :

  • 8+ years experience in industry experience required
  • BA / BS required
  • Luxury goods experience in Merchandising, Planning, Buying or Operations
  • Strong commercial mentality understanding customer requirementsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones and countries
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling competing / changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial startup environment
  • Experience working across / consulting C-Level executivesAbility to think beyond the status quo with a can-do attitude and an appetite for success
  • Fluent in Italian, French, and English
  • Ideal candidate also has technology background in SaaS, Software, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting and existing relationships across the luxury goods sector.
