    PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION :

    Develop strong understanding of market, legislation, technology and competitors trends, with a longer-term focus. Define long term Product Portfolio evolution.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES :

    Execute business intelligence activity on key competitors to identify how they respond to key trends in terms of product range evolution, areas of focus, innovation

    Align with Technical Certification on the key trends on the market regarding legislation and emission

    Cooperate with Product Marketing in the development of the Marketing Plan with responsibility on longer term planning (>

    5 years) identifying high-level new product initiatives based on market trends and competitor potential moves, opportunities to grow the business (e.g. entry in new markets)

    Provide input to R&T / Pre-development and align on potential innovation areas of interest for the market, key drivers to guide the technology roadmap, key market / customer trends (together with Product Marketing)

    Collaborate with R&T to define and update the technology roadmap / Innovation plan in order to address market expected trends and be ahead of the competition

    Collaborate with Product Marketing to collect and analyze long-term Voice of Customer according to a structured plan (e.

    g. interaction with CNHi Planning functions, specific initiatives with non-captive OEMs, )

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : (including education & years of experience)

  • Engineering (or equivalent) Degree
  • 5+ years of cumulated experience on product development, marketing, customer management
