The IS Process Analyst reports to the IS Project Leader and will focus his activity on improving industrial processes and implementing new IS Systems as a Business Owner for Leathergoods division in the context of a strategic IS project plan.
The main responsibilities of the IS Process Aanlyst will be to :
Ensure the management of various projects with planning responsibility;
Lead workshops with BPO and KU;
Follow new implementation and improvements as well as ensure that they comply with business requirements;
Define and lead UAT Processes;
Train and support Key Users ensuring User Guide database is populated as needed;
Use internal, external and HQ IS resources to reach defined objectives.
Degree in Ingegneria Gestionale or Ingegneria Informatica;
5-7 years of experience in IS Project (PLM, ERP, etc) in system implementation and / or processes management;
Analysis and synthesis capacity;
Process oriented, excellent relationship and communications skills;
Knowledge of IS ecosystems;
Technical skills : Knowledge of DB and SQL appreciated as a luggage;
Available for business trip within Italy and France up to 50% of the time;
Total ability to work in a multilanguage environment;
Italian and English are mandatory, French is a huge plus.
