THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Be the HR contact for employees seeking HR advice or support
  • Provide key services during the employment lifecycle, from onboarding and allocation of benefits to leavers and exit process, following the firm's policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations
  • Support the management in activities related to Talent Mapping and Development and Staff Performance Review
  • MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a full support and guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle as required
  • Support the recruitment process in accordance with procedures and recommend improvements
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation including provision of information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages
  • Salary planning for new and existing staff
  • Management of overall issues related to contractual, policies and administrative actives
  • Support the management in activities related to Talent Mapping and Development and Staff Performance Review
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Previous HR and payroll experience, ideally 2 / 3 years in consulting firms or in a large multi-size operations
  • Previous experience in training & development activities as well as in performance review processes
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and payroll processes / rules
  • Great skill and attitude to relate with employee
  • Excellent Zucchetti knowledge
  • Good knowledge of "CCNL Studi Professionali" and labor law
  • Good knowledge of principles and practices related to personnel administration.
  • Universities studies related to Labor Relations, Law or similar
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Able to build trust and rapport to develop effective relationships, internally and externally
  • Able to identify, interpret and resolve common issues with minimal supervision
  • Anticipates the consequences of situations and plans accordingly
  • Able to influence how an activity or a process gets done by exchanging information and working through others
