1+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in tech / web : you learned how to manage a relationship with client / customersuccessfully and you can share concrete examples of it;
Good communication skills : you always find the right words to communicate effectively and people recognize you for this skill;
Strong technical aptitude : you like messing around on web platform;
Ability to anticipate, identify and define problems / issues : you are a problem solver and you can tell us great stories about problems you solved;
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects and deadlines simultaneously : this requires speed and perfect organization;

Work closely with Sales and clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform;
Do onboarding activities of multiple clients simultaneously you will get in touch with many people at the same time!
Guide customers through technical implementation and strategic adoption of the platform;
Overseeing the onboarding of new accounts andensuring successful implementation of Company Platfom their success will be your success;
Assisting customers in getting the most out of Company products through blended learning;
Providing the proactive identification of user training needs;
Tracking and monitoring account status : if a Pro is not being used the platform for a while, you will understand why and help them.
