Field Service Operational Marketing Manager-005LQH
The Field Services Operational Marketing Manager designs, develops and implements strategic marketing plans and activities for Field Service department.
This role will liaise with country BUs, functions, Field Service Sales & Global Field Service, and Global Marketing teams.
He / She will bring the Global Field Service offers to the market, adapt the value proposition as needed, monitors the success of the offers and the marketing plan.
He / She will increase Field Service customers awareness.
He / She works closely with the country BUs on the customer platforming to maximize Field Service Business opportunities.
The strategic marketing plan will include :
a 3-year vision / execution roadmap for Field Service in the country
a go to market strategy in line with installed base analysis and new company program customer segmentation.
He / She will lead the definition and execution of the Field Services Campaign for the country.
What will you do?
Deploy the offer roadmap per BU then per market segment with business potential,
Initiate Field Service offer launch plan
Define the Go to Market Field Service strategy in line with the Country Plan for Global Accounts and Targeted Accounts and FS plan for Proximity accounts
Define in collaboration with all Businesses the Field Service Offers value proposition
Articulate the consistency of all Field Service offers all along the life cycles stages
Launch any new offer, monitoring success and revenue growth across BUs
Implement corporate communication tools in line with the Asset Management Life Cycle wheel
Define the plan, execute and monitor the success of the Field Services Campaign, targeting segmented customers
Monitor the effectiveness of the Field Service campaign, track leads and sales generated from the Field Service Campaign leads
Lead Install Base Traceability plan with execution to reach traceability knowledge targets and generate business opportunities for sales teams
Organize Voice of Customers to provide feedback to Corporate Field Service Marketing and improve local offer positioning
Establish privileged links with Global Strategic Account communities to boost Field Services
Perform competitive analysis and identify strengths and weaknesses
Manage Field Service offer pricing based on historical data / margin expectations. For this, he / she will rely on competition data and value base pricing
Based on Installed Base platforming results, challenge BUs / Global Field Service to localize offers requiring product adaptation (local regulation and norms).
Degree in Marketing or Engineering
Solid experience in a Strategic Marketing role, building strategic, tactical and operational plans (in a corporate function or in a Country)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate to C-level stakeholders
Able to work and deal in matrix organization models with strong business pressure
Excellent analytical skills, project management skills and strong MS Office Applications knowledge
Self-starter and fast learner approach
Fluency in Italian and English.
