HR Business Partner
Our site in Trento (Italy) is currently looking for an :
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Involved in the HR team of the plant , our HR Business Partner is responsible to address any Human Resources matter relevant to the Trento plant and contributing to HR shared services (plant and Central) in the Trento site.
The role requires the willingness to gain experience in Leading HR in the facility in terms of Human Capital Expertise , Talent Management , Diversity and Inclusion , Company Culture , and Organizational Development .
Responsibilities :
Play a key role in defining the employee’s cost budget according to company policy and mandatory applicable rules (social charges, pension funds, deferred compensation TFR , incident insurance, vacation accruals, etc.
and Comp & Ben instructions.
Act as a business partner for all Managers of the Plant being their own consultant about any HR matters and liaising for whatever is needed with central HR functions.
Contribute to defining the Plant workforce planning and leads the monitoring of the workforce evolution both in terms of FTE and Cost , analyzing and explaining deviations against budget and forecast for both Plant and Central functions.
Support the Talent Acquisition process by helping managers in defining the specifications of open positions, evaluating internal promotion opportunities, and helping them in securing that the needed authorization process is duly completed.
Liaise with temporary staff agencies to secure the full availability of the plant’s workforce according to production schedule and staff needs.
Manages the relations with local Works Council and Trade Unions .
Supervise payroll provider / payroll process .
Secure the implementation of HR group policy on the site.
Liaise with external auditors both for, balance sheet, quality, social matters, and certifications for the whole site.
Requirements :
Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite
University Degree preferably in Laws or Economics. Other education backgrounds will be evaluated according to professional experience acquired
6 + years of experience in HR organization of industrial sites belonging to well-structured international companies
2+ years of experience as HRBP or HR Generalist.
Good knowledge of Italian labor law
Strong competence in using Excel and fair use of other MS tools
HR costing / budgeting / reporting
HRIS
Pay-roll principles
Global HR process implementation
Liaising with works councils and trade unions
Strong data management and analytical skills
Team player , who can work effectively in group, and in a matrix organization.
Good negotiation capabilities
