We are seeking an enthusiastic and world-class Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will work with our Talent Acquisition Manager for International Expansion to support the team by staffing key positions to enable the Expansion team and the business to launch into new markets and countries, with the creme de la creme of Italy's talent to create the strongest team possible.

You will play a crucial role in our growth and success by attracting and identifying the best talent for our open positions around Europe.

We currently have multiple sites across Europe and your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process - finding strategies to attract, engage and close them! You may also flex across into other markets to support other teams during peak periods - this is a great opportunity for further exposure.

In this role, you will

  • Partner with key business leaders, providing guidance, advice, and best practice support on their hiring needs.
  • Build strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process - you will be an essential part of the success of our launch in Iberia by sourcing and selecting top candidates.
  • Oversee, constantly improve, and manage the overall screening and interviewing process alongside our Global Talent function and the People teams.
  • Get involved in the hiring process - taking candidates from application right until offer stage - helping to manage documentation for current and new hires including legal documentation and personal information.
  • Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Create new and innovative ways to attract the best people to join Getir - work alongside the GM and HRBP to develop our recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Share ideas and use your knowledge and experience to hire key positions across a range of countries and different talent markets.
  • Grow the number of roles fast and efficiently - collecting hiring metrics and reports for senior management.
  • Design and create an engaging and memorable candidate experience, we want creativity and for candidates to remain engaged with our employer brand throughout the whole process.
  • Understand the start-up culture and how to overcome potential recruitment obstacles for certain roles.
  • Support on important expansion projects that benefit the wider business.
