Dematic is looking for a talented IT Help Desk Specialist to be hired with an internship contract for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.
He / She will collaborate with the IT Manager to deliver technical support for end-users.
Main activities :
Support Windows desktop OS
Support in the resolution of general network issues (Office Automation, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)

Who are we looking for?
A Junior candidate with the following features :
Have a real passion and enthusiasm for the IT field
Previous experience in IT department will be considered as a plus
Good customer service skills, polite, strong attention to details with excellent follow up
Very good knowledge of English written and spoken
Proactivity
