Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Associate contributes actively to maximize the performance of the Boutique through the achievement of sales and strategic objectives, ensuring a superior Customer Service and optimum profitability.

Together with the Boutique Manager, he / she represents the Brand inside and outside the Boutique while adhering to JLC and Richemont policies and procedures.


  • Budget Achievement
  • Strives to achieve monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets set by the Boutique Manager
  • Customer focus
  • Ensures a high standard level in terms of hospitality, friendliness, information and service, having in mind that the end customer is the priority
  • Knows the products and their availability, technical particularities, JLC history, competitors in the Luxury Industry and is capable to share his / her knowledge with the Customer
  • Co-develops the Customer database and applies the CRM guidelines
  • Ensures excellent Customer Service and After Sales Service
  • Boutique Management support
  • Prepares daily reports
  • Contributes to create a positive environment and collaboration with the colleagues
  • Participates in maintaining the Boutique in accordance with visual directives and presentation standards
  • Assists Boutique Manager with local events
  • Performs priorities and other duties as determined by the Boutique Manager
  • Boutique Administration
  • Knows and correctly uses SAP and SAV system, is responsible to ensure correct processing of cash and card payments, enters sales data in the IT tool, transfers products
  • Is involved in stock control with regular inventory controls and random stock checks
  • Ensures all standards and operating procedures are met.

    You are an ambassador of the Maison which means knowing and sharing the Maison’s products & History.

    You must have a deep knowledge in watchmaking; you must speak Italian and English very fluently .
